During the interaction with the bot, it is able to target the user’s expectations and identify the perfect gift. Once the gift is selected, two options are possible, either buy it directly online on L’Occitane.com, or be redirected on the brand’s website to find the nearest store.
This bot is already available in France and Brazil, and if the feedbacks are good, it will be deployed more widely within the L’ Occitane group.
